I agree. My shade is Light and it's a perfect match.

Here's the swatch. It doesn't look like the perfect match here on my forearm,
but blended out on my face or under dark circles or over a pimple, it's perfect.

This has been the concealer I've been using full-time for the last month- I LOVE it.

It covers my acne and redness perfectly. I apply it with a (clean!) finger, not with the little sponge that it comes with, and I find it's smooth, easy to apply and gives a lovely natural finish. Lately, as I've been trialling the Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation, it's been in even higher use than usual (the foundation is on the sheer side and I need more coverage) and it's been great.

I can't really say much about the "doesn't settle into wrinkles" part...but it does cover under-eye darkness. I don't usually use it for that purpose, though- I have another concealer which really brightens, so I save Time Balm for acne and redness.

In terms of cost, it's 7.5g of product for USD$28 (couldn't find the Australian price, and again, I bought it online, so all I can say is shop around and you can get things for much cheaper) and a little goes a long way.

Verdict: A

Pigmented, easy to apply concealer which looks natural, lasts all day and covers redness and blemishes.
